Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because puzzles are products where completeness and quality matter, our return policy is as follows:

Unopened Puzzles

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage that occurs during return transit.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Opened Puzzles

  • We cannot accept returns on opened puzzles, as we cannot guarantee completeness or resell them.

  • We encourage donating opened puzzles to a local school, library, or community organization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and contents.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

    • Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.

Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

  • International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their countryโ€™s customs office.

  • Packages returned to sender (due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect) will be refunded minus a $19 fee and any outbound shipping charges.
