What is the shipping policy?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Somersworth, NH.
- Standard Shipping (US): $8.95 for orders under $50 (3–5 business days). Free for orders $50+.
- Express Shipping (US): 2–3 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air). Shipping refunded if not delivered on time.
- International Shipping: USPS GlobalPost Plus (6–10 business days) or USPS Priority Express (3–7 business days). Rates calculated at checkout.
- Eligible Countries: US, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden.
what is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order.
- Unopened puzzles: Return within 30 days. 10% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs non-refundable.
- Opened puzzles: Not eligible for return. We suggest donating them locally.
- Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us with photos within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
- Return process: Email us with your order number for a return authorization before sending items back.
- Notes: International customers are responsible for duties/taxes. Packages returned to sender are refunded minus $19 and shipping fees.
