Your browser and The Puzzle House’s secure server encrypt confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions stay private and protected. The Puzzle House guarantees the safety of your credit card information in the following manner: if any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from The Puzzle House, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card company can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If, through no fault of your own, your credit card company finds credit card fraud but does not waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, The Puzzle House will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars U.S.($50.00) per card. Privacy Policy We have designed The Puzzle House so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. We do not reveal your email address or other personal information such as your name or address, except to complete transactions with our third party suppliers. We do not give, sell, rent, lease, share or otherwise disseminate our customer information to any outside parties.
