How To Order

There are four easy ways to order.

1.) Order online with your credit card using our secure shopping cart software. To learn more about online ordering click here.

2.) Call 1-877-924-6895 in the USA with your order and pay by credit card.
We are open for phone orders Mon.-Fri. 9AM-3PM EST.
International telephone orders please call 1-603-924-1000.

3.) Fax: Print out our order form (click here for a .pdf) and fax it to us at 1-603-924-1606.

4.) Mail: Print out our order form (click here for a .pdf) and mail it to us. (address below).

Express Service
For express service in the USA, please call 1-877-924-6895.

Please note that shipping costs will be greater for express service.
Regular orders are typically shipped within three days of receipt, often quicker.

USA Shipping Costs

USA: $9.99 First Puzzle, .99 cents each additional puzzle.

All orders over $149 in the Continental USA receive free shipping.

Please make sure to include all suite or apartment numbers in your address if applicable to insure prompt delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico:
$16 first puzzle, $3 each additional puzzle.

International Orders
All international orders placed over the internet will only be shipped to the credit card holders main address on their credit card account.  We use an advanced AVS (Address Verification System) to check all credit card orders to prevent fraud.  If you need an international order shipped to a different address, you can mail us an international money order.  Make sure to e-mail us before you do this so that we may quote you the correct shipping costs.

Due to new postal regulations, we can no longer ship orders to Europe to P.O. Boxes (a physical address is required).  

A phone number is also now required for all international orders.

Due to the wide variation in shipping costs around the world, international shipping will automatically be calculated for you if you order online before your credit card is billed. All international orders are shipped air post via the United States Post Office or via UPS, and typically take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. However, if you wish to order by phone or fax, please fax 1-603-924-1606, or e-mail The Puzzle House for a shipping quote. Please include your country, and the size and number of puzzles you want to order. This is required so we can find you the cheapest shipping cost available.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide!

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

	Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
	Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
	Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
	Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

Please Note: All domestic orders are shipped promptly via UPS directly from our warehouse. We take pride in the fact that our shipping costs are so low. This is because we only charge our customers what it costs us to send you your jigsaw puzzles, whether in the USA, Canada or any other country. There are no hidden markups or annoying handling fees at The Puzzle House.
