How to Order Online Ordering jigsaw puzzles online has never been easier. The
Puzzle House uses state-of-the-art shopping cart software. All credit card information
is kept private when sent to The Puzzle
House through the use of high-tech encryption software. Our secure server
encrypts all of your personal information by converting it into tiny bits of
unrecognizable and unreadable code that are safely and securely transmitted to us. Detailed Online Ordering Instructions: 1.) Browse through our online catalog by clicking on the "Online Catalog" link above to the left side of this page. 2.) On each individual puzzle page, you will see an image of the puzzle, it's vital statistics, such as price, title, size etc., and two buttons. One button will say "Add to Order", and the other will say "Check Out". 3.) If you wish to add the puzzle to your shopping cart, just type the number you wish to order in the Qty. (short for quantity) box. Then click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to add the puzzle to your shopping cart. If at checkout you change your mind and wish to delete this puzzle from your order you will be given this chance. 4.) Once you have clicked on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, you will automatically be transported to a new page, from where you will be able to select whether you wish to continue to shopping, or wish to but the puzzles in your shopping cart. If you click the "Continue Shopping" button, you will automatically be transported back to our jigsaw puzzle index. From there you can add as many different jigsaw puzzles to your shopping cart as you want. If you click the "Pay For Order Online" button, you will be transported to the check out page where you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. 5.) Once you have decided what to purchase, just click on the "Pay for Order Online" button, and you will automatically be transported to our secure server, where you will enter your billing and shipping information, including your credit card number. Then click the "Summarize Order" button on the bottom of the page. 6.) Once you have entered your billing and shipping information, the total shipping cost will automatically be calculated for you and the total cost of your order will be displayed. You will never be charged any sales tax. You will then be asked to verify that all of your billing and shipping information is correct. If it is, simply click the "Submit" button, and you order will arrive on your doorstep within 3-10 days. All orders in the USA are shipped via UPS, and all international orders are shipped Air Post via the US Postal Service or via UPS. Express Service in the USA is available by calling 1-877-924-6895, however shipping rates will be significantly greater. 7.) Once you place your order online, you will automatically be sent a conformation and receipt of your order by e-mail, containing an order identification number, and the total cost of your purchase. Please save this e-mail for your records. If you ever have any questions about your order, just send us an e-mail for the fastest response, containing your name, your order identification number, and what you ordered. |
